About this course
The foundation course: how a solar system is sized, mounted, wired, commissioned and handed over safely.
You work on the same equipment we install for customers, and you finish able to do the job on a real site rather than only describe it.
What you will be able to do
- Read a site and size a system to the load
- Mount arrays safely on different roof types
- Wire, protect and earth a system correctly
- Commission, test and hand over to the customer
- Diagnose and fix common faults
